Where we ship
TooMiMo ships to the contiguous United States and the EU. Every unit is voltage-matched to your market (110V for the US, 220V for the EU).
Freight & costs
Head-spa stations ship as freight. Shipping is quoted per order based on destination and quantity, and is included in your quote — no surprise charges at checkout. Request a quote for your delivered price.
Processing & lead times
Orders are processed once your quote is confirmed. Typical lead times run approximately 2–4 weeks depending on stock and destination; we confirm the estimate on every quote.
Tracking & delivery
We share tracking or freight-scheduling details once your order ships. For freight deliveries, please have someone available to receive and inspect the shipment.
Damage in transit
Inspect your delivery on arrival and report any damage within 48 hours with photos. See our Refund & Returns Policy for details.
Taxes & duties (EU)
EU orders may be subject to VAT and import handling. We provide VAT invoicing for EU buyers — ask us in your quote.
