Every TooMiMo head-spa station ships ready to run. There is no plumbing, no drainage and no permanent installation — so nothing stands between the pallet arriving and your first paid treatment except a fill and a plug.
On the day it arrives
Stations ship as freight, so have someone available to receive and inspect the shipment. Check the crate before you sign for it. If a unit is damaged in transit or does not power on, photograph it and contact us within 48 hours — we will repair, replace or refund it at no cost to you. The full terms are in our Refund & Returns Policy.
Setting up, in three steps
- Position and lock it. The station rolls on lockable casters — park it where the therapist will work and lock the wheels. Footprints for each model are in the spec & sizing guide.
- Fill the fresh-water tank. Used water collects in a separate waste tank, which is why no drain connection is needed.
- Plug into a standard outlet. Each unit is built for one market — 110V for the United States, 220V for the EU — and you choose the voltage when you order.
Setup guidance and 1-on-1 training
Setup and training are handled remotely over video; there is no on-site visit. We take you or your staff through setup and the treatment routine one-on-one, on your own unit — so your team learns on the machine they will actually be using rather than from a manual.
Power and water
Head-spa stations draw between 1,200W and 1,900W depending on the model, so give each unit its own standard outlet rather than sharing an extension lead with other salon equipment. The circulating system holds water at treatment temperature — 37–43°C on Flow, 38–42°C on Touch and Pro. Per-model figures are in the spec & sizing guide.
Keeping it in service
Genuine spare parts and refill consumables — water filter cartridges, drain filter screens — are stocked separately, so a worn part does not take a treatment room out of use. Accessories such as waterfall showerheads and silicone scalp massage nodes are also available on their own.
Warranty
Warranty runs by model — 1 year on Flow, 2 years on Touch and 3 years on the commercial Pro. It covers manufacturing defects; contact us and we will arrange parts or a replacement. The term for the model you are looking at is listed in the specification table on its product page, and the full terms are under Warranty & returns.
