TooMiMo ships to the contiguous United States and the EU. Freight is quoted per order based on destination and quantity, and is included with every quote — no surprises at checkout. Every unit is voltage-matched to your market (110V for the US, 220V for the EU).
Setup & training
Each station ships ready to run. Our full-service setup covers remote video guidance and 1-on-1 staff training, so your team is delivering paid treatments quickly — not unboxing a machine on a pallet.
Warranty & returns
Warranty runs by model — 1 year on Flow, 2 years on Touch and 3 years on the commercial Pro. If a unit arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us and we will make it right with parts or replacement.
